FALL 2024 LAUNDRY SERVICE CALENDAR for Colgate University

Laundry Service days Monday & Thursday

All customers will receive a laundry bag for use throughout the semester

Dirty Laundry is picked up on Monday and clean laundry is returned on Thursday. All dirty laundry for the week must be dropped off on Monday only, and clean laundry will be returned on Thursday.
Freshman and Sophomore residence Halls must meet the van for dropoff and pickup at the times and locations listed below.
Dry Cleaning is returned in one week (ex: drop off Monday, get back next Monday)

CONTACTLESS DROPOFF/PICKUP LOCATIONS:

APARTMENTS (NEWELL, PARKER, UNIVERSITY COURT) - LEAVE YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY AT YOUR FRONT DOOR BEFORE 9:00AM ON MONDAY. LAUNDRY RETURNED TO THE SAME SPOT ON THURSDAY.

TOWNHOUSES - LEAVE YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY ON YOUR FRONT PORCH BEFORE 9:00AM ON MONDAY. LAUNDRY RETURNED TO THE SAME SPOT ON THURSDAY.

FRATERNITY/SORORITY HOUSES/BROAD STREET HOUSING - LEAVE YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY AT YOUR FRONT DOOR/PORCH (OR OTHER DESIGNATED SPOT WE DISCUSS) BEFORE 9:00AM ON MONDAY. LAUNDRY RETURNED TO THE SAME SPOT ON THURSDAY.

CUTTEN COMPLEX - LEAVE YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY ON BENCH IN FRONT OF SHEPARDSON HOUSE BEFORE 9:00AM ON MONDAY. LAUNDRY RETURNED TO THE SAME SPOT ON THURSDAY.

OFF CAMPUS HOUSING - LEAVE YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY AT YOUR FRONT DOOR (OR OTHER DESIGNATED SPOT WE DISCUSS) BEFORE 9:00AM ON MONDAY. LAUNDRY RETURNED TO THE SAME SPOT ON THURSDAY.

LAUNDRY VAN PICKUP/DROPOFF TIMES AND LOCATIONS:

FRESHMAN/SOPHOMORE RESIDENCE HALLS (Stillman Hall, Jane Pinchin Hall, Andrews Hall, Burke Hall, Gate House, East Hall, West Hall, Bryan Complex, Curtis Hall, Drake Hall)

LAUNDRY VAN SERVICE LOCATIONS AND TIMES (EVERY MONDAY AND THURSDAY)

9 A.M. – 9:30 A.M.: By Appointment

9:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.: Off Campus Pickup – Laundry is to be left outside front door or arranged spot with driver by 9:30 A.M. Upstairs residents are asked to put laundry bag at bottom of stairs. (Newell, Parker University Court, Townhouses, Fraternity/Sorority Houses, Broad Street Housing, Off Campus Housing). Cutten Complex: Leave your laundry bag on bench in front of Shepardson House.

10:30 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.: Gatehouse

11:05 A.M. - 11:30 A.M.: Alumni Hall

11:35 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.: Curtis Hall

12:30 P.M. - 1:00 P.M.: By Appointment

1:00 P.M. - Off Campus until next service day.

Schedule may be updated the first few weeks of semester to best meet everyone’s schedule

WE NOW HAVE A SECURE PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATION AT HUNTINGTON GYM. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE ANY OF THE SCHEDULED TIMES YOUR LAUNDRY CAN BE PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF AT HUNTINGTON GYM.

PLACE YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY AT YOUR DROP OFF SPOT BEFORE 10AM ON MONDAY AND YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY WILL BE PICKED UP, WASHED, AND RETURNED ON THURSDAY.

YOUR CLEAN LAUNDRY CAN BE LEFT FOR YOU TO PICK UP AT YOUR CONVENIENCE DURING HUNTINGTON GYM OPERATING HOURS.

Schedule is subject to change and adjusted based on student needs, please check here or at the van for the most up to date schedule and locations.

Once the van leaves campus, we do not return until the following service day.

Our laundromat is 45 minutes from campus so special drop off and pickups are not done outside of normal service days.
